Board Agendas and Minutes

The School Board for the Pacific Elementary School District meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 4:30 p.m., except that two regular meetings are held in August, May, and June and no regular meetings are held in July. Occasionally, scheduling conflicts will occur such as a third Wednesday falling during school vacation, in which case the meeting may be moved to a new time. In this event, the meeting times will be corrected in advance.

All board meetings take place at the Pacific School Campus, 50 Ocean Street, Davenport, CA. People can also attend the board meeting by Zoom if desired, using the connection information shown below. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend Board meetings, although they will be asked to leave during closed session. The public is also welcome to email communications to the Board. 

Pacific School will post connection information and agendas on this web page at least 72 hours in advance of each Board meeting. Meeting times are also available on the school's Google calendar. Paper copies of agendas, packets, and minutes are available upon request at the school office. If you are interested in being added to the email distribution list for agendas and packets, please email Mr. Gross.
