New Leaf Gift Card Fundraiser
Do you shop at New Leaf Community Market? Do you know someone who shops at New Leaf? Did you know that when you buy a New Leaf gift card through Pacific School, the school gets to keep 5% of the purchase amount? That means that they GIVE US MONEY for purchases that you are making anyway! You simply buy the card up front and then use it as you would a debit card at any of the Santa Cruz New Leaf stores.
By purchasing a $100+ gift card through the PSF/Parents’ Club, 5% of your purchase will be donated to the school. An option to purchase a $50 is available, but New Leaf will donate 4% of the purchase.
There is a binder in the office for purchasing New Leaf gift cards. Please bring a check written to PSF for the amount that you would like to add to a gift card.
Checks must be received before the 20th of the month and the money will be credited to a new card or a previously purchased card. New cards will be issued and can be picked up at the school office. Re-loading card: Write the last 6 digits of your E-Gift Card.

Fill out the following information and make checks payable to 'PS the Foundation for our Future' for $100, $250, or $500 denominations only. ($50 is also an option, but we earn only 4% on it). Orders are due before the 20th of the month. Please pick up your new card at the school office.

Step 2: Add Value to Your E-Gift Card
Mail or leave a check at the school office, or even better, set up a recurring payment from your checking account. Your Gift Card account will typically be credited within 24 hours and an email confirmation will be sent to you.

To Credit Your New Leaf Account #: the last 6 digits of your E-Gift Card
