Back-to-School Paperwork
We're ready! Our Back-To-School-Forms are ready to go in the new Parent Portal.
This is a new system for all of us - parents and office staff, so please be patient while we learn it and work out the kinks.
Note: Back to school forms must be completed by the first day of school.
This is what you will need:
1. A computer or portable device with a web browser and an internet connection.
2. Access to an email address where you can receive your activation code.
3. Have completed your enrollment, if you have a student enrolled for the first time at Pacific Elementary for the 22/23 school year. (This includes all TK/K students).
Note: if you don't have one of these, we can help you in the office. We will have computers available and staff to help on Tuesday August 9 between 8:30 and 2:30.

1. On the left side, click Parent Signup
2. Select the second option, beginning "I have (or have had in the past) a child enrolled here..." and then click the Continue button.
3. Complete the form, and then click the submit Request button.
Note: Student name must be entered as we have them enrolled (Legal name)
4. Check your email for the activation code.
5. Return to the Portal and log in with your activation code.
6. Once you log in, click the button on the left for Online Registration.
Note: If you have more than one child enrolled, you will need to complete the following steps for each student.
- Click the top yellow button labeled Household Forms. Complete each of the three sections. Some information will be pre-populated from your enrollment information. You may need to attach photos or forms in some sections.
- Once the three sections are complete and turn green, click the Close Packet button.
- Open and complete the sections for Student information (for each student) Note that the Student Information section will remain locked until you complete the Household Information section.
- Once both Household Information and Student Information packets are complete and have turned green, you are done. We will review and file your updated information in the school office.
