Use of School Facilities

The facilities at Pacific School, including classrooms, kitchen, multi-use room, and field, can be used by other people or organizations. All such use is subject to availability and the conditions and fees described in the Facilities Use Form. To use the facilities, you will need to:

1. Complete the Facilities Use Form AND
2. Email Hillary Redding, hredding @ pacificesd.org (no spaces), a notification that you have completed the form. Include in your email any required attachments or additional information.

Once the school administration agrees to your facilities use plan and date, you will need to pay the required fees (if any) to reserve the space. 

Important Note: Parking is limited in the Davenport vicinity, and illegal parking causes accidents and other problems. Please remind all participants to obey all parking signs and restrictions and to park an adequate distance from all driveways. ​Fees depend on the facilities used and the user, as described below.

• School Affiliated - Pacific School Foundation, Davenport Resource Service Center
• Reduced Cost - Employee-sponsored youth activities offering financial aid, non-profit youth groups offering financial aid, governmental organizations, Davenport North Coast Association
• Direct Cost - All other non-profit organizations, other youth organizations offering financial aid
• Fair Market Value - All other groups & uses

*All use of the Kitchen requires paying for kitchen staff time.
