School Board (Board of Trustees)
Pacific Elementary School District has an elected three-member Board which is responsible for all school policies and budget decisions. Board members are elected by the voters within the Davenport school district and serve a 4-year term.
The School Board meets regularly at 4:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month in the staff lounge. All meetings of the Board are open to the public, and are posted at least 72 hours in advance at the school, on the school website, and at the Davenport Post Office. The Board welcomes community participation. Community members who wish to communicate with the Board may submit written communication or attend a Board meeting. Written communications are read during a designated portion of each meeting. Brief, relevant oral communications from the public are also welcomed during meetings.
